Yes. We have more than 30 years of in-house spout-mold experience and hold 38 patents. Our process runs Design → Mold → Sample → Mass Production, so we can open a dedicated mold for your pouch and contents.

We run one of the world’s largest facilities for this product: a 70,000 m² dust-free workshop with more than 130 injection molding machines, which gives us the highest spout-cap capacity globally. Output can be scaled to your schedule.

More than 30 years in spout molds — we are one of the first factories in China to research and manufacture plastic spouts, we hold key spout-cap patents, and several Chinese spout standards including 8.6 mm and 9.6 mm were set by us. Many Chinese factories run molds we designed and built.

Inner diameters from 1.2 mm to 40 mm across our spout-cap range, covering cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical, juice and liquid-food applications, plus low-temperature, anti-choking and flip-top variants.

Send a picture, the spout inner diameter, a drawing if available, and the pouch and liquid type. We provide samples to test, then quote with quantity, color and destination port, and ship on time with clearance documents.
